Meet Alicia Douvall who spent £1m on 16 boob jobs, six nose jobs and 308 cosmetic treatments.

Former English glamour model Alicia Douvall, claims to have spent more than £1 million on her boob jobs, face lifts and even toe shortening operations. Ms Douvall, who has been linked to a series of celebrities including actor Mickey Rourke and former Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall, said she had undergone so many potentially dangerous and painful operations and procedures – at one point at the rate of one a week – because she was convinced she was ugly.

According to the Dailymail, she claims to have spent up to £1 million on these and other cosmetic procedures such as injections of Botox and fillers, telling surgeons she wanted to be ‘perfect’.
‘I often used that word,’ says the 34-year-old. ‘I took a Barbie doll to one medical consultation to show them exactly what I was after.‘I was unwell; addicted to surgery. But none of those doctors tried to stop me. I think they just wanted my money.’
Since her first breast augmentation when she was just 17 – and she has had 16 such operations – the former model and mother of two has undergone six nose jobs, 11 operations on the skin around her eyes, surgery on her cheeks to add and then remove implants, and a facelift.

She has also had a rib shortened to give her a slimmer silhouette, her toes shortened ‘so they looked better in heels’, a tummy tuck, bottom implants and chin implants which were later removed.

And the Award Goes To...
It was a star-studded night in Nashville when the biggest names in country music came out for the Country Music Television Awards to celebrate each other, play some songs, and just have a good time. Thanks the fans who voted on their favorite music videos and live performances, a few of these famous artists got to walk away with some hardware. Without further ado, click ahead to see the winners.
Video of the Year: Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood's video for "Good Girl" took home the night's most prestigious award. The former American Idol winner has transitioned into a country music powerhouse, and this latest accolade is only the beginning. Watch "Good Girl" (aka CMT's Video of the Year).
Male Video of the Year: Luke Bryan
After striking out at last year's CMTs, Luke Bryan was thrilled to hear his name called for Best Male Video of the Year. Bryan's "I Don't Want This Night to End" beat out heavy-hitters like Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, and Toby Keith (who also played host for the night).
Female Video of the Year: Miranda Lambert
While her husband Blake Shelton walked away empty-handed, Miranda Lambert has a new trophy to put on the family mantle. Lambert's "Over You" earned the honor of Best Female Video of the Year, making this the third year in a row she's won the category.
Group Video of the Year: Lady Antebellum
Lady Antebellum was the clear favorite to win Group Video of the Year for their song "We Owned the Night," and their fans didn't let them down when it came to voting. The trio consisting of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley, and Dave Haywood has been on a hot streak of late, also winning Top Country Artist at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards and Best Country Album at this year's Grammys.

Performance of the Year: Jason Aldean
In the only category to honor live performances, it was Jason Aldean's rendition of "Tattoos on This Town" at the CMT Artist of the Year awards show that got the win.

Celebs in Casts Images

Check out pictures of Hollywood's hottest stars in casts and crutches.
The Injured List
Hollywood may be all about glitz and glamour, but there's also this overlooked thing called real life. And, even for celebs, "real life" includes bumps and bruises and even casts and crutches. Check out stars who've had to spend weeks (and even months!) looking imperfect thanks to various injuries.

1. Anne Hathaway
Leave it to Anne Hathaway to wear the most stylish arm sling imaginable. The actress injured her wrist in a "minor accident" in 2012 and sported patterned slings all around NYC. Don't worry, her rep assured everyone it was "nothing serious."

2. Kristen Stewart
Filming Snow White and the Huntsman didn't just include swooning over Chris Hemsworth and hanging out with woodland creatures. Kristen Stewart hurt her arm in an epic battle scene with dwarfs and wore a blue cast in early February 2011.

3. Shia LaBeouf
Shia LaBeouf was injured in a September 2008 car accident that crushed his left hand. He underwent four hours of emergency surgery following the crash then had to be worked on again months later. The actor had to sport a protective guard at all times, which forced writers to change parts of the Transformers 2 script.

4. Uma Thurman
Uma Thurman didn't let a cast slow her down while on vacation back in 2007. The actress opted to hold her arm out of the water instead of going with the plastic bag method, which seemed like a tiring option. Thurman broke her wrist while filming the Accidental Husband in late 2006. Apparently something fell on her wrist and she ended up needing surgery at the time, and again two years later.

5. George Clooney
George Clooney looked more like Inspector Gadget than Hollywood's hottest silver fox back in late 2011 after undergoing elbow surgery. Fear not, the actor quickly went back to being flawless.

6. Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon had to spend her 2011 Mother's Day with a boot cast on her left foot. Her rep revealed at the time: “She twisted her ankle and is in a walking cast temporarily. Nothing serious." She was also hit by a car in September of that year, but only suffered a black eye and some bumps and bruises.

7. David Beckham
David Beckham's dashing good looks weren't hampered by his torn Achilles' heel in 2010, but his soccer game surely was. The star had to sit out the 2010 World Cup because of the painful injury. It remains to be seen if he'll take the field in the 2014 match.

8. Halle Berry
Halle Berry went through months of hobbling around in a boot cast in 2012. The actress was reportedly chasing her young daughter, who was chasing a goat, when she suffered the broken foot in Spain in late 2011. She was unable to attend the 2012 Oscars because of the break, but seemed to get around town just fine.

9. 50 Cent
50 Cent arrived at a Dublin airport with his right arm all bandaged up in 2007. It's unclear what caused the injuries, but the rapper was accompanied by Lloyd Banks and a rather large entourage so you can be sure he was in good hands.

10. Scott Disick
Scott Disick busted his hand in a big way in 2010. The reality star flew into a rage and smashed a mirror, then wound up in the hospital with a gnarly injury (the whole thing was documented on Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami). Kourtney Kardashian then broke up with him, he went to rehab and got his act together, and this year the couple's expecting their second child. See, reality stars do change!

11. Pete Wentz
Rocker Pete Wentz did some damage while performing at the Voodoo Festival in New Orleans in 2007. He broke his ankle while jumping around on stage but decided not to cancel any of his shows. Instead he used his boot cast to lure in fans. "Currently my foot is the size of a small car. if you see me at a show come sign my cast," he wrote on his MySpace page at the time of the accident.

12. Mandy Moore
Mandy Moore learned a valuable lesson about photo shoots on boats back in 2007. The singer-turned-actress was posing for a SELF magazine spread when she fractured her right ankle jumping into the water. It couldn't have been too bad, though, since she ditched her boot cast for heels at the Kids' Choice Awards about a month later.

13. Jessie J
Jessie J's leg injury was pretty serious. She fell off a stage during rehearsals in June 2011 and had to undergo reconstructive surgery. Then, she was at risk for never being able to wear high heels again. Gasp! The singer has since made a full recovery and hasn't let the experience keep her out of sky-high footwear or dresses with extremely high slits.

14. Jerry Hall
Jerry Hall had to hobble around Cannes in 2007 after suffering a broken foot. Mick Jagger's famous ex was 50 at the time but still seemed to be getting around just fine with the help of crutches and some very observant pals.

15. Kimberly Stewart
Kimberly Stewart was all smiles at the Trump Vodka Launch in 2007, even though she had to wear an ugly boot cast on her right foot. At the time she was filming a reality TV show in London in hopes of making it big. Instead, she went on to have Benicio del Toro's baby in 2011.

16. Chelsea Clinton
Chelsea Clinton mysteriously broke her heel back in 2010, just months before her star-studded summer wedding. The former first daughter was on crutches for a while but made it down the aisle in heels instead of a clunky boot cast. She was back in a cast in March 2012.

17. Maria Menounos
Maria Menounos was a trooper while on Dancing with the Stars in 2012. The TV personality suffered cracked ribs, illness, and stress fractures in her feet. She wore a cast in May 2012 and was eventually voted off the reality show in the semi-finals.

18. Rihanna
Rihanna seems to have all the right moves these days, but in 2007 the singer injured her foot by running into a chair on her first day of vacation. She then had to wear crutches and a cast for two weeks and has gone on many, many trips since then to make up for it.

19. Bobby Brown
Bobby Brown ended up having to switch to a wheelchair before getting to his gate at LAX in 2007. Crutches and narrow airplane aisles don't really make for a great combination, anyway.

20. Brooke Shields
Brooke Shields suffered a stage injury in 2010 while preparing for Leap of Faith. She broke her hand during a rehearsal, but recovered before the production opened a few months later. The cast probably didn't make getting dressed very easy, but she seemed to make her way around Brentwood just fine.

21. Brody Jenner
Around the time Kim Kardashian became famous for making an X-rated tape, her stepbrother Brody Jenner was a heartthrob on The Hills. While filming a grueling football scene for the show, the curly-haired star broke his finger. On-again, off-again girlfriend Lauren Conrad was first blamed for the injury, but Jenner quickly cleared things up. He had to spend eight weeks healing after an operation.

22. Joseph Gordon Levitt
Joseph Gordon-Levitt accessorized with a baby blue sling at the 2007 premiere of The Lookout after suffering a shoulder injury. If any star can make a sling look exciting it's this guy.

23. Emma Bunton, Part 1
Emma Bunton, aka Baby Spice, threw a wrench in the Spice Girls reunion tour plans in 2007 after she fell and twisted her ankle onstage in Vegas. Luckily, she ended up making it through the next performances on crutches. Bunton broke her ankle 10 years earlier when she fell off her platform shoe while taping a Turkish TV show at the height of the band's fame.

24. Emma Bunton, Part 2
This Spice Girl is seriously injury-prone. She sported yet another boot cast in May 2012, but no word yet on how she was hurt this time. Luckily, it doesn't look like any crutches were needed.

25. Billy Idol
Rocker Billy Idol did a number on his leg in a gnarly motorcycle crash in 1990. In 2011, he underwent surgery after hitting a truck tire in the road a year earlier. He was up and around in no time, however.

26. Anthony Kiedis
Anthony Kiedis' foot injury caused the Red Hot Chili Peppers to shuffle around their tour dates in early 2012, but the giant cast didn't stop him from making it to a Lakers game. Surely the rocker's other gold and purple sneaker was quite lonely back at home.

21 Things You Don't Know About Emma Stone

Check out 21 fun facts about one of Hollywood's hottest redheads (who's naturally a blonde!).
Let's Talk Emma
Emma Stone is one of Hollywood's hottest rising stars. She's dating Spider-Man, has kissed Ryan Gosling almost as many times as Eva Mendes (probably), and has the uncanny ability to pull off any hair color. Check out more fun facts about this gorgeous star ahead.

1. Her Real Name Isn't Emma
Emma Stone was born Emily Jean Stone. She changed her name while registering for her Screen Actors Guild card and found "Emily Stone" was taken. Some people still call her "Emily," which must be thoroughly confusing for everyone. "Jean" was her grandmother's first name.

2. She's a High School Dropout
The star attended Xavier College Preparatory, a Catholic high school in Phoenix, for one semester before dropping out to pursue her acting dreams. She was home schooled after that.

3. She Got Her Big Break on a VH1 Reality Show
Emma Stone got her big break back when reality TV was just heating up. She won the role of Laurie Partridge in 2004 on VH1's In Search of the New Partridge Family! Unfortunately, the show tanked (they only produced one episode), but she did land some minor TV guest spots following the failed gig. She landed her first recurring role on TV's Drive in 2007.

4. She Really Broke Both Arms
Emma Stone was in bad shape at the age of seven when she broke both arms on the parallel bars in gymnastics. Years later, the actress starred in the "I Broke My Arm" skit on Saturday Night Live. She did break both arms in the sketch, along with both of her legs and just about everything else.

5. She's Not a Natural Redhead
Although the big screen beauty is best known for her copper locks, they're not natural! Her real hair color is blond. However, she landed her first TV role after dying her hair dark brown.

6. Judd Apatow Made Her Dye Her Hair Red
We all have famed film producer Judd Apatow to thank for Stone's now-signature red hair. He was the one who convinced her to ditch her brunette locks back in 2007 for her role in Superbad. "Judd made me a redhead," she explained in 2010. “I was a brunette during casting. Then Judd walked in, said 'Make it red,’ and walked out. So he made me this way.”

7. There's a Reason She Has a Low-Pitched Voice
Along with her red hair, the actress is known for her husky, low-pitched voice. She joked that it's because she smoked when she was four, but really it comes from having colic as a baby. "My mom dealt with a screaming baby 24 hours a day for the first six months of my life – I screamed myself hoarse every day and developed nodules as an infant," she revealed. "So I have calluses on my vocal cords, which makes me lose my voice all the time and makes doing something like screaming in a scene, over and over, really rough, because then I lose my voice for, like, a week."

8. She's Scared of Spiders, Needles, and Being Picked Up
Emma Stone is fine with battling zombies on the big screen, but don't get her near needles or spiders, or fling her over your head. Ever. She told Jay Leno: "I have two phobias: one of being lifted over somebody's head, which was the issue with Crazy, Stupid, Love., and the other phobia is getting my blood drawn. Needles." She was also scared to death when Ellen DeGeneres brought out fake spiders during an interview.

9. She Got Her Ears Pierced at 21
The actress waited 21 long years before getting her ears pierced. In one shot she got two holes in her left earlobe and three in her right. "Most people go through this when they’re like, 14," she revealed. "I’m like, ‘Hey, what’s up everybody? I moved to New York and got fiive piercings!”

10. She Had Her First Asthma Attack While Filming a Fake Sex Scene
Talk about embarrassing: This star found out she had asthma while filming a rigorous fake sex scene in 2010's Easy A. Stone explained: "I had a little asthma attack, without any prior knowledge that I had asthma, during the scene where we had to jump up and down for hours and hours screaming and yelling on the bed. [It] was humiliating, because it was the second day of shooting."

11. She's Very Persuasive
Stone grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and convinced her parents to up and move her to L.A. using a PowerPoint presentation set to Madonna's song "Hollywood." Apparently she was pretty convincing. In January 2004 she dropped out of her all-girls school and moved with her mom to Tinseltown.

12. She's Hit "Rock Bottom"
These days, the bubbly redhead has no problem scoring roles. A few years back, it was a different story. She lost out on the role of Claire Bennet in Heroes back in 2007 (to Hayden Panettiere) and says the experience was "rock bottom." Luckily, she landed her first movie role the same year.

13. She Has Many Musical Talents
Stone has run from zombies, played a ghost, and learned how to play the bass for her movies over the years. She honed her musical talents for The Rocker in 2008. That year she also starred in The House Bunny and sang the single from the film, a cover of "I Know What Boys Like."

14. She's Played an Australian Shepherd
Just before landing her first lead role in Easy A, Stone played an Australian shepherd on the big screen. She was the voice of the dog Mazie in the film adaptation of the comic strip Marmaduke, which follows a Great Dane and his pals.

15. Her Career Dream Has Come True -- Twice
Emma Stone said she got into acting to fulfill her lifelong dream of hosting Saturday Night Live. Well, she can retire now that she's had the honor twice! The star, who did improv with a local theater group as a kid, hosted the sketch comedy show on October 23, 2010, and again on November 12, 2011. She's now trying to convince Ryan Gosling to do it.

16. She's Fallen in Love with Ryan Gosling -- Twice
Ladies everywhere envy Emma Stone's onscreen love affair with Ryan Gosling. The two appeared together in 2011's Crazy, Stupid, Love and their next flick, Gangster Squad, is due out next year. This all means the actress has probably kissed the Gos almost as much as his own girlfriend, Eva Mendes. While we'd sure like to know what it's like to smooch the dreamy actor, Stone won't kiss and tell.

17. She Met Her Boyfriend on the Job
The real object of Emma's affection is her Amazing Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield. The pair stepped out together in early January and have been going strong since. One of their favorite pastimes is strolling the streets of NYC with coffee and cute hats.

18. She's BFFs with Taylor Swift
Emma Stone is one of the hottest young actors around, so it's not too surprising that she's befriended one of the hottest young singers around. She talked about her friendship with Taylor Swift in 2011. "We met at the Young Hollywood Awards for Hollywood Life magazine," she explained. "We met there three years ago, and then I listened to some of her music, and I wrote her an e-mail saying I liked her music, I swear. And then we started talking and hanging out."

19. Jonah Hill is One of Her Favorite People
Jonah Hill helped make Stone a star in Superbad, and they've been close ever since. She had to pass up starring with him again in the 21 Jump Street remake this year, but it wasn't personal. At the time, she said the actor's one of her favorite people "in the entire world."

20. She's a Crier
While the actress has been crowned Hot & Funny, she's also very emotional. Stone won the Trailblazer award at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards and got surprisingly choked up during her acceptance speech. “Thank you, I’m a crier,” she said. “So, I looked up the actual definition of trailblazer, and it means someone who blazes a trail to be followed by others. And that’s an honor to hear you’re being associated with a concept like that.”

21. Bill Murray is One of Her Idols
We don't expect Emma Stone to wear 15 kinds of plaid to her next big Hollywood event, but she does idolize actor Bill Murray. She says she's also inspired by Gilda Radner, John Candy, Charlie Chaplin, the Beatles, Lorne Michaels, Cameron Crowe and the Beatles.
