College basketball player, Louisville guard Kevin Ware, 20, suffered a gruesome lower right leg injury against Duke in the Elite Eight of the 2013 NCAA Tournament....and it was all caught on camera. Kevin broke his leg...literally...after jumping to block a three point shot. I got the photo and video and it's gruesome. See it after the cut...but viewers discretion advised.
