Lindsay Lohan has gone from being a colossial pain in the ass to sitting on her ass in order to avoid photos that depict her as a drunken mess.

Only she failed in that endeavor.

The actress - who was accused this week of stealing wardrobe items from the Anger Management set - With a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint on the way, Lohan is trying to get in as much partying as possible over the coming weeks.

Despite a busy schedule of drinking, clubbing, mauling Avi Snow and court dates, Lindsay Lohan actually managed to fit in some work!

The actress filmed her guest appearance on Charlie Sheen's Anger Management, showing up early no less and charming the cast and crew.

Her first scene? In bed with Sheen, after they'd just had sex. 

According to a TMZ source, "Lindsay knew her lines cold and her timing was perfect. She's really funny." Well, at least by Anger Management standards.

She was also "incredibly nice," spent time taking pictures with the crew and "proved she has talent. 

Talent yes. Good judgment, no. But baby steps.

The star played herself (that takes a lot of talent) and wasn't exactly in an unfamiliar position, having also boned Charlie Sheen in Scary Movie 5.

Lindsay Lohan: Still Gettin' Her GROOVE ON!

Despite being sentenced to 90-days of in patient rehab in lieu of jail time, Lindsay Lohan is adamant that she does not actually need to go to rehab.

Thus, she continues to drink. Often and real hardcore.

Just hours after the court hearing, in which the Lindsay Lohan plea deal was struck to keep her out of jail, she was sitting at her hotel bar.

Knocking back vodka sodas like there's no tomorrow, Lindsay "did not seem fazed by the irony of the situation," according to reports. Big surprise.

Then, according to TMZ, she hit up a club with new lover Avi Snow. Moving on to last night, she rolled to a San Diego.

Hey, lock down rehabdoesn't have to start until May 2. PARTY TIME!

Even though Lindsay Lohan's plea deal allowed her to escape jail (she's off to rehab soon), it required to appear within seven days to be processed.

Which she duly did, after hitting up nightclubs Monday night obvi.
