Reese Witherspoon acted like anything but America's Sweetheart to police in Atlanta, as both the actress and husband Jim Toth were arrested during a traffic stop.
Sources tell TMZ officers pulled over the couple's Ford Fusion because it was weaving in and out of lanes. As the cops spoke to Toth, Witherspoon reportedly pulled out her fame card, telling them: "You're about to find out who I am ... You are going to be on national news."
While Toth was booked for drunk driving - allegedly blowing a .139 on a Breathalyzer - the Oscar winner grew visibly frustrated with the ordeal, getting out her car on multiple occasions and eventually being arrested for disorderly conduct as a result.
Jim and Reese were both taken into custody and released a short while later.
The police report describes Jim's eye lids as "droopy" and his eyes as "blood shot and watery." The officer o the scene also detected a "strong odor" of alcohol emanating from Toth.
